YLI Silk Ribbon is 100% PURE FILAMENT SILK which means it is the highest quality you can buy. Synthetic or spun silk products simply don't measure up. There is no substitute for quality. The uses of 100% pure silk ribbon are innumerable but include hand and machine embroidery, doll dressing, smocking, weaving, etc. All 185 colors are available in 4mm.
