Made especially for the miniature punchneedles if you need additional grip. It extends the length if you hold them like a pen or for arthritic hands. Firm plastic that slides over the handle – stays secure and may still be threaded. In addition, the line marked on the extender can be positioned to indicate the front of the needle (for the direction to stitch). Fits all miniature punchneedles (#1, 2, 3 & 6) in the "Tools" section.
